Preservation Management Inc. (PMI) provides comprehensive residential and commercial property management services. PMI has been in operation since 1980, and includes in our portfolio of properties residential multi- and single family, assisted living, subsidized properties, tax credit properties and a mobile home park. Our primary focus, however, is
multifamily housing offering a variety of federal and state funded subsidy programs.
PMI has a reputation for excellence in management with federal and state agencies, and private and non-profit owners. We are a leader in the promotion and provision of resident service programs; these programs are custom designed and offered at a number of properties. PMI recognizes the tremendous benefit to residents and properties, and not only has developed and implemented a broad selection of resident programs but also provides training to other multifamily professionals throughout the country. |
